Quando si beve una tazzina di caffè, molte persone, circa il
68%, dopo aver aggiunto lo zucchero e mescolato, compiono l'errore di mettere
in bocca il cucchiaino prima di
appoggiarlo sul piattino. In realtà, secondo il codice del galateo, il
cucchiaino va utilizzato solo per mescolare e non deve essere portato alla bocca per pulirlo. Il caffè deve
essere mescolato con delicatezza, meglio se dal basso verso l'alto, il movimento
circolare e veloce è molto scorretto. Ricordiamo anche di non sorseggiare la
bevanda con il dito mignolo alzato!!!
