DOLCI DI CARNEVALE: CASTAGNOLE AL MANDARINO

- 200 g di farina oo
- 70 gr zucchero
- 1 uovo
- 3 g lievito x dolci
- 40 ml olio di semi
- 50 ml spremuta di mandarino
- Olio di semi x friggere
Sbattete insieme uovo e zucchero.
Aggiungete prima i liquidi: olio e succo e per ultimo farina e lievito.
Io non ho aggiunto la scorza del mandarino perché non sono riuscita a trovare mandarini non trattati, ma se li avete o usate l'arancia potete aggiungere la buccia, grattugiata o a scorzette. Attenzione a non usare la parte bianca che è amara.
Mettete in un pentolino non antiaderente abbondante olio di arachidi, e friggete.
Cospargete di zucchero semolato.
Ingredients:

I didn't add the tangerine peel because I couldn't find untreated tangerines, but if you have them you can add the zest, grated or peeled. Be careful not to use the white part which is bitter. You can also use oranges instead of mandarins.
Put plenty of peanut oil in a non-stick pan and fry.
Sprinkle with granulated sugar.
