CREMA AL CAFFÈ LIGHT

Ingredienti:
20g di caffè solubile
100/120 grammi di zucchero
100/125 ml di acqua
Biscotti secchi ( integrali o alle fibre) per guarnire

Mescolare tutti gli ingredienti elencati e montare con uno sbattitore finché non si monta a neve.
Sbriciolare due biscotti sul  fondo di un bicchiere e poi aggiungere la crema.
Servire cospargendo a piacere con cacao.

Ingredients
20g of instant coffee
100 g/120of sugar
100/125 ml of water
biscuits (whole-wheat biscuits) to garnish



Mix all the listed ingredients and whip with a mixer until it is set to snow.

Crumble two biscuits on the bottom of a glass and then add  the cream.

Serve sprinkling with cocoa powder, if you like.
