Pollo indiano veloce
Ingredients for 2 people:
300 g of chicken breast in bite-sized pieces
1 jar of low-fat white yogurt
1 teaspoon of curry
1/2 white onion
Juice of half a lemon
2 teaspoons of chopped chillies and put in oil
Parsley
250 g of fine tomato pulp
salt
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
150 g of whole oats or rice
Marinate the chicken with the yogurt, the lemon and the curry for about an hour.
Brown the onion in the oil and add the chicken. After having sautéed for 5 minutes, add the chilli, a handful of parsley, the tomato and the sugar. Bring to cooking with salt.
Serve with pilaf rice or wholemeal oats boiled in salted water
