250 gr farina
150 gr acqua
8. gr. Lievito istantaneo in polvere
2 Cucchiaini zucchero
1 Cucchiaino olio
Un pizzico sale
Olio per friggere
Zucchero
Unire gli ingredienti su una spianatoia e impastare almeno 5/10 minuti: la pasta deve risultare morbida ed elastica.
Lasciare riposare qualche minuto e dividere in palline da 30 g.
Stendere lasciando il bordo alto e tirando senza rompere la parte centrale...un po' come una pizza.
Friggere in olio caldo

2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon oil
A pinch of salt
Frying oil

Combine the ingredients on a pastry board and knead at least 5/10 minutes: the dough must be soft and elastic.
Leave to rest for a few minutes and divide it into 30 g balls.
Roll out leaving the edge high and pulling without breaking the central part ... a bit like a pizza.
