PESCIOLINI FRITTI
Ingredienti
Latterini o acquadelle
Farina O
Olio di arachidi
Sale
Lavate i latterini. Non serve eviscerarli.
Asciugare bene con dello scottex.
Mettere in un tegame ( non antiaderente) due dita di olio.
Quando l'olio è caldo, infarinate una manciata di latterini per volta, togliete la farina in eccesso con un colino, e friggete.
Fate attenzione a non raggiungere il ounto di fumo, perché l'olio diventa tossico.
Scolare e fate asciugare bene l'olio in eccesso sulla scottex.
Salare e servire caldi.

Put someosome in a pan (non-stick pan).
