ZUCCHINE GRIGLIATE CON SALE AL LAMPONE ( Grilled zucchini with raspberry salt)

Affettate le zucchine a rondelle dello spessore di qualche millimetro o se preferite affettatele per il lungo.

Scaldate una piastra e disponete alcuni granelli di sale al lampone, aggiungete quindi le zucchine e grigliatele qualche minuto per parte.

Una volta grigliate trasferite le zucchine in un piatto da portata e conditele con qualche cucchiaio di olio evo.

Slice the courgettes into round slices a few millimeters thick or if you prefer you can slice them lengthwise.
Heat a grill and arrange some grains of rasperry salt , then add the zucchini and grill them on each side for a few minutes .

Once grilled, transfer the zucchini to a serving dish and season with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.
