GELATO BISCOTTO

Ingredienti per 10 gelati biscotto:

20 biscotti integrali ( o ai cereali)

200 grammi di ricotta

2 cucchiai colmi di nutella
Amalgamare la nutella alla ricotta, spalmarne un po' su di un biscotto e ricoprire con il secondo biscotto. Procedere in questo modo fino a farcire tutti i biscotti. Mettere nel freezer per almeno due/tre ore e poi servire.

Ingredients for 10 cookie ice creams:

20 whole biscuits (or cereal biscuits)

200 grams of ricotta cheese

2 tablespoons filled with nutella

Mix the nutella with the ricotta cheese, spread a little of it on a biscuit and cover with the second biscuit. Proceed in this way until all the biscuits are filled. Put the biscuits in the freezer for at least two/three hours, then serve.
